Biography

Shadow W. J. Armfield, EdD, is a faculty member at Northern Arizona University's College of Education where he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Educational Technology since 2000. Previously, he was a middle school science teacher at Flagstaff Middle School. During that time he earned a Master of Education in Educational Technology. He earned a Doctor in Education (EdD) in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Educational Technology.

Biography

Dr. J. Michael Blocher is a faculty member at Northern Arizona University's College of Education where he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Educational Technology since 1999. Dr. Blocher earned his PhD in 1997 from Arizona State University. His research interests include learner engagement in online learning environments, technology integration into the curriculum, and technology-based instructional media.

Biography
Dr. Cynthia Conn is a part-time faculty member at Northern Arizona University's College of Education where he teaches graduate courses in Educational Technology. Dr. Conn graduated from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) in 2003 with a PhD in educational technology and a doctoral minor in applied statistics and research methods. She earned a master's degree in instructional resources from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is an alumnus of Northern Arizona University, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Dr. Laura Sujo-Montes is a faculty member in the Educational Technology program, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses both online and in person. Biography

Dr. Chih-Hsiung Tu is an assistant professor in the Educational Technology Program at Northern Arizona University. His academic experiences are in distance education, eLearning, technology training in teacher education, online learning communities, learning organization, and knowledge management. He received his PhD from Arizona State University. His research interests are distance education, socio-cognitive learning, socio-cultural learning, online learning communities, learning organization, and knowledge management.
