Holly Yeager is the Career Development Coordinator for the Professional Science Masters Program in Climate Science and Solutions (CSS) at Northern Arizona University. She brings over 25 years of experience in the governmental, business and non profit sectors to assist students in identifying a rewarding career path and the tools they need to be successful. Ms. Yeager also serves on the CSS Graduate Committee and collaborates with the Graduate Coordinator to oversee the professional industry Advisory Board for the CSS program to ensure the program is meeting the current and future needs of the growing climate industry.
Ms. Yeager has a Masters in Organizational Systems from Antioch University, a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Multicultural Perspectives from UC Santa Cruz and brings extensive training in leadership, strategic planning, facilitation and coaching to her role as a Career Coordinator and as president of her own consulting firm, Real Change.
Ms. Yeager is on the Executive Board of the Coconino Sustainable Economic Development Initiative and a member of the International Association for Public Participation, and the Organizational Development Network.
