Our research efforts are directed at developing experimental and mathematical tools for elucidating the molecular details of cell signaling pathways.

Research focus 

Cancer pathways are complex dynamical systems that cannot be fully and deeply understood through intuition alone, and predictive mathematical models, which have been successfully used to understand and manipulate complex technological and physical systems, are simply unavailable to help us understand these systems. We aim to fill this void by translating our biochemical mechanistic knowledge of cancer pathways into the logic circuits that underpin cancer.
