Dr. Heidi P. Feigenbaum

Dr. Heidi P. Feigenbaum is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.  She received her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis in 2008.  Both her teaching and research is in theoretical and applied mechanics.  The majority of her research is on plasticity modeling and modeling and characterizing adaptive materials, however, she is generally interested in all areas of solid mechanics, computational mechanics, and continuum mechanics.
