Susan is the main contact for information on the Choral Studies area.  She is responsible for many of the administrative aspects of the Choral Studies office.  With the Director and Associate Directors of Choral Studies she coordinates the annual Holiday Dinners and the Jazz Madrigal Festival.   As budget manager, she oversees several local and state accounts and handles all financial aspects related to the Choral Studies area.  The hiring and supervision of student workers in the Choral Studies office is handled by Susan.

In addition, Susan communicates with prospective students including scheduling auditions for prospective choral/vocal students in the School of Music and subsequent notification of acceptance status and scholarship status. 

The inventory of tuxes is maintained by Susan.  She does the fittings of both men and women members of the choral ensembles in order to provide them with the appropriate apparel.  

Susan has been in the Choral Studies office for the past six years.  She has been at NAU for eight years.
