Linda M. Stamer has
previously taught music education courses at the University of Texas at
Arlington and Utah State University. She holds bachelor’s degree in music
education from the University of Montana, the Diploma of Fine Arts in Symphonic
Band and Wind Ensemble Conducting from the University of Calgary, and a
master’s degree in music education from the University of Northern Colorado.
Linda has been
director of bands at Eston High School (Eston, Saskatchewan, Canada), Central
High School (Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada), Mountain Crest High School
(Hyrum, Utah), Preston Middle and High School (Preston, Idaho), and Santo Forte
Junior High School/Hoover and Azle Elementary Schools (Azle, Texas). She has
taught general music at Eston Elementary School (Eston, Saskatchewan, Canada)
and has served as elementary music specialist at Wilson Elementary School
(Logan, Utah).
Most recently, Linda has been elementary music
specialist and director of bands at four Flagstaff Unified School District
schools: Marshall Elementary Magnet School, Puente de Hozho Bilingual Magnet
School, Knoles Elementary School, and Sechrist Elementary School.
