Born in upstate NY, but bred in the Valley of the Sun, Krista moved to Flagstaff in 1996 to attend NAU. During her time as a student, she had the privilege of working in the Office of Public Affairs. After receiving her degree in Public Relations from NAU in 1998, a permanent position became available and she has been at NAU ever since. Many titles later and an office change brought her to the Office of Alumni Relations.

Krista is managing editor of the PINE magazine, manages the marketing, e-communications, and events side of things, and is an event manager for alumni, presidential and development events. Krista and her family enjoy all things about Northern Arizona and are thrilled to be able to call Flagstaff their home.
